Beans can cut the risk of breast cancer.



Did you know women that eat beans at least twice a week to have a risk reduction significantly from obtaining a than women breast cancer who do not eat beans? I knew that, but I would have become a bean if I thought that it would have reduced my risk of breast cancer. Since I couldn't do it, now I eat lots of beans in a bid to reduce my risk of reoffending.

My friend and a nutritionist, Barbra Swanson, ND, RD, LD, once called itself the "Bean Queen."
